Railwood is owned by Justin Smith, Cincinati Bengals defensive end.  On this course, changes in elevation make this course alot of fun.  You should do alot better the second time you play this course because several holes are deceiving in their distance.  Hole number 9 is an example.  The last thing you want to do is come up short on this par 3.  When you stand on the tee box on number 16, it looks like you could drive the ball a mile.  It's downhill and pretty wide open.  Number 18 takes a good drive to clear the water and make your second shot a wedge.  I really like this course and it's not that far from both Columbia and Jefferson City.
