This is one of my favorite courses.  Timber Lake offers a little bit of everything.  Wide open fairways, tight, tree-lined fairways.  Changes in elevations.  And every hazard you can think of.  Hole number 15 is an uphill par 3 that plays alot longer than the posted yardage.  The 9th hole is a wide open par 5 that, from the back tees, took two of my best shots to make it close to the green.  I would love to play this course every week.  It's located just outside Moberly, about a 45 minute drive north of Columbia.  It's got a brand new clubhouse and the best green fees of any course I played.  It's in great shape.  The greens are perfect.  Some are flat, some are tough.  Very nice course.
